The Conservatorio “E.F. Dall’Abaco” is strongly involved in the process of internationalization: from the start it has seen international collaboration as a vital part of its policy. In a recent survey measuring the percentage of teachers engaged in exchanges in the European music academies the Conservatorio recently ranked among the “top ten”.
The commitment of the Conservatorio is expressed in the European Policy Statement (EPS)

In addition to the more ‘routine’ activities of Erasmus exchanges (students and teachers), the Conservatorio is engaged in various bilateral and multilateral projects. Among the initiatives it is carrying forward are: a pioneering project on “joint composition” with the Conservatoire of Tampere (Finland); an Intensive Project on urban sounds in conjunction with the Academy of Gothenburg, the Academy of Fine Arts of Berlin, and others; and collaboration on the creation of an Early Music Platform within the framework of the AEC (Association Européene des Conservatoires).
